Acclimatization & high altitude sickness :
This is one of the most important aspects of travelling in the high Himalayan Mountains and cannot be ignored or set aside. Acclimatization basically means our body adjusting to lower levels of oxygen (rarefied air) & reduced air pressure as me move up. In case one does not acclimatize properly there are chances of the person facing extreme discomfort and this can be fatal in extreme cases. While there is no set route to getting properly acclimatized there are a general precautions and steps that one can take to initiate good acclimatization.

Tip for First Time Trekkers:
For beginners we suggest good amount daily exercise before going to your first trek. You can start with some nearby hike. You can also try running as well as climbing stairs up down. Start with 10-20 steps in start and gradually increase it every day. 30 minutes of daily exercise of like this will definitely help in trek.
